Introducing the 'Sri Lanka' series of tiny prints made to represent the landscape of Sri Lanka, with orange sunset skies, rocky outcrops, and luscious foliage.

Made during Amber's residency at The Valencia Print Workshop in February 2024 and exhibited at Making Home. These prints were made as part of a project which highlighted the familiarity and comfort found when recognising the iconic palm tree, when travelling across different continents.

Your randomly selected print will arrive unframed, it is a signed edition of 1, handprinted on to thick Fabriano paper with raw deckled edges. These pieces work amazingly as a set, just add 2, 3, or more - up to the total available, to your basket to purchase multiple which could be framed together in a series.

Each piece in this series is handmade by the artist, with an abstract and fluid style. Created using the monotype technique, these prints are a series of 1/1 editions, making them truly one-of-a-kind works of art. These prints combine monotypes made with pieces of palm tree found on location in Spain, creating textured designs which are collaged amongst the colourful, painterly scenes.

These artworks celebrate the beauty of Sri Lanka's natural scenery. Layering natural craggy rocks with painterly skies, and zesty strokes of foliage. These pieces would make a perfect addition to any art lover's collection.

The dimensions of these small pieces vary, they have been ripped by hand for a rustic effect. They are approximately 7.5x10.5cm but could vary by up to a centimetre.
